Who we are
Forward is operated by [company legal name], [registered address]. Questions about privacy: [privacy email].
What you give us
- Your goals, where you are now with each one, and how much time you have each day.
- The steps you accept, change, write or finish, and when.
- Account details needed to sign in and restore your data: [to confirm].
How your daily step is chosen
To personalize your steps, Forward uses a third-party AI provider, and only after you agree. With your consent we send your goal text, where you are now, your daily time and your step history. We never send your name, email, contacts or location.
If you don't agree, or switch personalization off later in Settings, your steps come from a library written by people.

What we don't do
- No ads, and we don't sell your data.
- No social feed and no messages between users.
- Share images show your world. Goals and steps are left out unless you choose to add them.
